Who doesn't know about the Nile Valley with the Pyramids and Valley
of the Kings, or the Eastern Egypt with Sinai and the Red Sea? Less
know about the New destination in Egypt, which is: the Western
Desert and it's Oases.
This desert was previously called the "Libyan Desert" and covers an
area of 680'000 square kilometers - or two third of Egypt. As it's
hard to understand this size by numbers alone, let us mention that
this area is equal to a combined size of these seven countries;
Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Greece, the Netherlands, Norway and
Switzerland!
Our original offer consists in taking a different itinerary than the
straight highway road. We pursue our journey by taking the exciting
circuit that leads through all oases ! From Cairo -

1st Day |
Cairo
- Siwa
After breakfast, we leave
Cairo behind, we arrive to Alamein 260-km. There We visit the
WWII Museum and the war memorial. (lunch en route) Moving on, we
pass by Marsa Matrouh. Upon reaching Siwa 300-km, We tour the
old Siwan village of Shalli. Dinner and overnight in the Hotel.

2nd Day |
Siwa – Great Sand Sea
After breakfast we visit
Mountain of the Dead, Alexander the Great Temple (Temple of the
Oracle) and take a donkey- drawn cart for a tour around the city
before heading off road 17-km to the Great Sand Sea, where we
rest at the hot spring of Bir Wahid, We bathe, have dinner and
relax while looking at the stars. Overnight campingt. |

3rd Day

Siwa
- Bahariya
After breakfast we head off
road on a 450-km journey to Bahariya Oasis. We pass by Bahrein,
Nawemisa and Sitra Oases. Lunch en route, we Pass through
magnificent sand dunes of the Great Sand Sea. Upon reaching
Bahariya oasis, we check in our hotel, after dinner and
overnight in our Minamar Hotel. |

4th Day

Bahariya
White Desert
After
breakfast we go 160-km on/off road to the black desert and The
dune area, We start our climb of a 50meter dune. On route to
Farafra we visit the crystal mountain, the area of the wonders
with The desert roses and the arch. Moving on we head to the
White
Desert,
we start exploring the formations and wind carved sculptors
that resemble both human and animal faces, We explore the
formations that resemble the surface Of a different planet.
The night is spent in the desert, dinner and overnight
camping.

5th Day |
White Desert -
Farafra - Dakhla
Reaching
Farafra oasis 40-km on road we visit the city, bathe in the hot
spring, Visit the museum of Badr "the local artist", then move
on To Dakhla oasis 280-km. Upon reaching Dakhla, we visit the
Old Covered City with its oil press, school, Courthouse and
dwelling chambers, Muzzawaka & Deir El Hagar, have lunch, dinner
and overnight in the Hotel. |

6th Day |
Dakhla - Kharga
Leaving
Dakhla behind, we head to Kharga 190-km,
,upon arrival to Kharga Oasis we check in
the Hotel. In Kharga, we visit El Bagawat Cemetery, The Temple
of Nadura ,Kharga museum and visit of
temple
of
Hibis
Dinner and overnight.

Kharga -
Luxor
From
Kharga we head to
Luxor
